Search for other players on Chess.com and Lichess

Use our new search to search on other chess platforms at once. Click on a profile to see the data. If the profile is not already part of the ChessMonitor database, you can add it. This feature is limited to ChessMonitor subscribers. In addition, it’s now possible to update profiles of other players.

You can also merge multiple profiles from multiple platforms similar to how your own page works. Simply click on “Add Profile” below the list of accounts.

Bookmarks and custom names

Created pages are only available to you and you can even set a name to it. The following video show how we do that and then bookmark the page by pressing the icon next to the name. You can simply access your bookmarks by selecting the icon at the top bar.

Other changes in September

The new features are mainly available for subscribers, but we also introduced some new changes for all users.

• The navigation menu on mobile devices was optimized and now contains more links and information.
• We helped Lichess to fix a bug (link to Discord conversation) that resulted in all exported drawn Lichess PGNs to be invalid. Thanks to the quick fix of Thibault Duplessis, the founder and core developer of Lichess, the bug was resolved in less than 24 hours.
• Some minor text improvements, like the formatting of time controls for Correspondence games. Instead of 0+3 days it now simply reads 3 days/move.
